-A letter from your sponsoring organization confirming your participation.

-An unofficial transcript from your school

-A current resume

You will be notified via email or telephone when we have received all of the elements of your application.  If you have any questions, you can email info@pathtohope.org.

Scholarships will be awarded after proof is given of airplane ticket purchase.

All applicants must also fill out a Trip Reflection Form (click here) and submit four photographs with descriptions after the humanitarian trip is complete.
