Board Members



Jeffrey C. Page, DPM

Dr. Page is the Associate Dean, College of Health Sciences, and Director of the Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine at the Glendale, Arizona campus of Midwestern University.  He is Board Certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery and in Wound Care.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Society of Podiatric Dermatology, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine.  Dr. Page is a researcher with over 50 publications and an internationally known speaker.  He has participated for many years in medical missions to Mexico and Guatemala training students and local health care providers. Dr. Page also volunteers for the American Diabetes Association in the planning of educational Community Forums and is a supervising volunteer for healthcare to the homeless.



David K. Lee, DPM

Dr. Lee is a practicing podiatrist in Phoenix and Adjunct Assistant Professor for the Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale.  His original concept led to the development of Step by Step.  He is an expert in reconstructive surgery of the foot, ankle and leg.  Having dedicated many years to health care for the underserved populations of Mexico, Dr. Lee still makes quarterly visits to San Blas, Sinaloa, to perform reconstructive surgery on the needy population there in conjunction with LIGA International.  He is Board Certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery and is the President of the Arizona Institute for Restorative Foot & Ankle Surgery.



Nathan C. Page, MD

Dr. Page is a fellowship trained pediatric otolaryngologist practicing in Phoenix, Arizona.  He is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.  After graduating from Brigham Young University, Dr. Page attended medical school at Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis, Missouri.  He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Washington University and Barnes-Jewish Hospital.  Following residency, Dr. Page completed his fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego.  He currently donates time to provide ear, nose and throat care to the underinsured population of central Phoenix, Arizona.



Duane Francis, CPA

Mr. Francis is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mid-Columbia Medical Center that includes a hospital in The Dalles, Oregon and 14 other subsidiaries in the health care and wellness arena.  An innovative leader, Mr. Francis has stimulated the development of diverse alternative medical services in his region of Oregon that have positively lifted the quality of life and the health of those living in the area.  He received his accounting degree from Brigham Young University and his CPA certificate was earned in 1992.  He is a member of the Knights of the Healthcare Roundtable.  Mr. Francis learned to speak Spanish during two years of service as a missionary and now finds relaxation as a pilot and in scuba diving.



Alan Schalscha, DO

A part-time Assistant Professor for the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine (AZCOM) at Midwestern University, Dr. Schalscha volunteers as a board member of DOCare International, an international humanitarian organization that sponsors numerous medical missions annually. As Mission Medical Director, he annually leads a team of 60-70 providers and students to Guatemala and was instrumental in the establishment of a permanent continuity clinic in San Andres Itzapa.  He is the Medical Director for Scottsdale Healthcare NOAH Clinics and as such directs similar compassionate care for those with limited access to healthcare in Maricopa County. He graduated from the University of Texas with two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree prior to entering medical school.  He received his medical degree from AZCOM and completed his residency in Family Medicine.


Keith Bradburn, DDS

Dr. Bradburn operates a very busy, state of the art, Northern California general dental practice and served for two years as a missionary in Nicaragua.  A graduate of the University of Utah and the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, he has maintained his fluency in Spanish, in part, through his communication with his patients.  Dr. Bradburn serves on the Board of the Contra Costa Dental Society and the Mt. Diablo Board of Adult Education.  He has also provided community service for many years as a Boy Scout leader.


Brandt Page, BA

Mr. Page is the founder and CEO of Launch Leads, a business to business lead generating company. Launch Leads was voted “Top 25 Under 5” by the Utah Valley Entrepreneurial Forum in 2011 and was featured in the Utah CEO magazine as the 6th fastest growing company in Utah in 2010.  Mr. Page was named the Emerging Executive of the Year in 2009 by the Utah Technology Council and received the INC “30 Under 30” award in 2010.  American Express selected Mr. Page to advise their national OPEN Forum Pulse on Twitter.  He is a mentor for the Community Foundation of Utah and the Boys and Girls Club of Salt Lake City, and works with at-risk youth in Utah.  He volunteers on the Board of the Provo Technology Xcelerator.  His compassion and enthusiasm served the people of Porto Alegre, Brazil for two years as a missionary.


Michael Boden, CPA

Mr. Boden is a Certified Public Accountant.  He holds a Bachelors degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Arizona State University.  He is the Assistant Global Controller for the Business Travel Division of American Express.  He also provides accounting services for small businesses in the Phoenix area.  Mr. Boden is fluent in Spanish and has spent many years working with and serving the people of Mexico in both a volunteer and professional capacity.  He spends much time volunteering with the Boy Scouts of American and his church.

Lindsay Bradburn, BA Executive Director

Ms. Bradburn has been instrumental in the establishment of the new foundation.  She received her degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and worked as a Project Analyst for Kaiser Permanente Medical Group in Oakland, California prior to starting her family.  She enjoyed teaching piano lessons and spent several years as director of a local church athletic league, including the development of an annual 5K fun run for youth and women.    She is an active runner and tri-athlete and mother of three.


Coby T. Page, JD Statutory Agent

Mr. Page handles the legal needs for the foundation.  He graduated from Brigham Young University and the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific.  Mr. Page worked for several years as a prosecuting attorney for the cities of Glendale and Goodyear in Arizona.  The founder of Page Law Group, he developed his own broad based law firm.  He is currently a corporate attorney for Swift Transportation and will continue to support the legal needs of the foundation.  A former missionary to Germany, he is currently serving as a scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America.
